Our Three Operational Departments
Every shipment is backed by three specialist teams working in parallel.
Research Department
Market intelligence, regulatory monitoring, supplier qualification, and technical innovation for CIS and global petrochemical corridors.
HSE Department
Health, Safety & Environment compliance — from USCG and ADR Class 2 requirements to IGC Code and Shell Standards, applied to every cargo movement.
Logistics & Forwarding
End-to-end transport management: multimodal freight, customs clearance, tanker preparation, certifications, and last-mile delivery.

A-to-Z Service Phases
Every ITCIA logistics engagement follows a structured eight-phase workflow.
Cargo characterisation, UN class, transport mode selection, route planning and timeline mapping.
MSDS, CoA, packing declarations, dangerous goods notes, bill of lading and export permits.
Nitrogen inertisation, oxygen analysis (ASTM D 1946), dewpoint verification, pressure certification.
HS classification, TNVED codes, duty optimisation, sanctions screening, letter of credit structuring.
Booking, carrier coordination, load supervision, GPS tracking and incident response.
Independent surveyor sign-off, quality sampling at origin and destination, loss-control protocols.
Cargo cover under Institute Cargo Clauses (A), DIC/DIL extensions for hazardous petrochemical cargo.
Final documentation package, proof of delivery, post-shipment debrief and KPI reporting.
Technical Standards — Featured Documentation
Sample from ITCIA Research & HSE Department — Edition 1.1.2, May 2026
CRITICAL: This manual specifies NITROGEN WASH exclusively. Any reference to "ozone injection" is erroneous and extremely dangerous. Ozone is an oxidising agent that would promote peroxide formation and polymerisation in butadiene tanks.
🧪 Nitrogen Purge — 8-Step Procedure
- Connect high-purity N₂ (≥ 99.99%) to tank inlet valve.
- Start flow at 5–10 m³/min — gradually displace air.
- Monitor O₂ every 15 min via ASTM D 1946 analyser.
- Increase flow to 15–20 m³/min after initial purge.
- Sample outlet vent to confirm air expulsion.
- Continue until O₂ ≤ 50 ppm (2–4 air volume changes).
- Verify dewpoint < −10°C in tank vapor space.
- Close N₂ supply, confirm ≥ 2 psig, seal all openings.
